Delivery
Please note that depending on the order size we use Royal Mail and DPD Couriers. If DPD Courier is used a signature will be required upon delivery. If there is an alternative address which is more convenient please fill in the appropriate fields when checking out.

Orders
Orders can be placed online or by post (see our contact page for our postal address). Orders from outside the UK can only be accepted online.

Orders placed on-line will be confirmed automatically by email. This does not guarantee that we can meet your order. You will be contacted if your order cannot be met or if there is a delay in despatch and you will be refunded as appropriate.

Prices are as displayed on our website and are in British Pounds.

Payment
You may pay by cheque, postal order, or Paypal. Payment will need to be received and cheques cleared before goods are dispatched. Cheques should be in pounds sterling and drawn on a UK bank. They should be made payable to Lord Collectables. Payment from overseas customers MUST be Paypal only.

Damaged Goods
We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition and that they are in good working order. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please email us, this does need to be done within 28 days of the sale date. We will either replace the goods or arrange a refund as appropriate. We will also pay you the cost of the return postage. You will need to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office for us to be able to refund your postage costs.

We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential, special or indirect loss arising out of the use of any product purchased from this site.
