Delivery Information / Terms & Conditions


Please note that depending on the order size we use Royal Mail tracked Second Class and First Class and DPD Couriers. If DPD Courier is used a signature will be required upon delivery. If there is an alternative address which is more convenient please fill in the appropriate fields when checking out. Royal Mail/DPD shall attempt a delivery in which you will be notified either by or both by email and text message, depending what information is provided to us at the time of ordering, if no one is in a card shall be left for you to organise a redelivery or collection from the relevant depot. Failure to collect the item will mean the item is returned back to our business. If the parcel is returned to us due to failure of collection or an incorrect address then we have the right to charge for sending the item out again, or to refund the order minus the delivery charge it cost for the item to be originally sent out - generally this is a standard charge of £4.50. 


Orders are to be placed online only using our website. Currently we only supply to the UK.

Orders placed on-line will be confirmed automatically by email. This does not guarantee that we can meet your order. You will be contacted if your order cannot be met or if there is a delay in despatch and you will be refunded as appropriate. 

Prices are as displayed on our website and are in British Pounds.


Payment is via Paypal only. 


You do have the right to change your mind upon delivery. If you wish to return an item this must be notified to us within 14 days of delivery. The return cost shall be the buyers responsibility. Upon requesting a return you have 14 days in which to return the item.  Please ensure you use a tracked service. We shall endeavour to refund the item within 14 days of its return.

Damaged Goods

We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition and that they are in good working order. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please email us, this does need to be done within 14 days of the sale date to our email [email protected]m. Once we have receive your email we will proceed with an investigation and either replace the goods or arrange a refund as appropriate and if it meets the requirements. We will also pay you the cost of the return postage. You will need to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office for us to be able to refund your postage costs.

Incorrect item received

Occassionally we do get things wrong - but do not worry, if for any reason this does happen we shall endeavour to sort. If it does happen to you please notify us within 7 working days and we shall arrange for you to return the item. Obviously if it is not the correct item the 'second class' return postage you use to return the item shall be refunded upon receipt of return and then if available the correct item sent out.


We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential, special or indirect loss arising out of the use of any product purchased from this site.

Pre Orders

We offer lots of pre orders on our site. If an item is a pre order, generally this is advised in the details of the item. By ordering a pre order you are accepting the stock will arrive at a later date, from normal delivery times. We try to give an estimate of when the pre order shall arrive on each listing but sometimes this shall be extended under no fault of ourselves. If you decide to cancel a pre order there is a charge of £10 per item to cancel the pre order. By ordering a pre order you are accepting this condition. Pre Orders work so that we take the order, and payment once you place the order - then once the stock arrives we automatically send out your order. You will get an email with tracking information once dispatched.
